Great! Here's what to do:
  1. Download the carrier app
    Get it from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Insert your SIM or set up eSIM

I need help porting my number

Have this info from your current carrier:

  • Account number
  • Transfer PIN / password

  • Last 4 of SSN
Important: Porting takes 1-24 h. Keep your old line active until done.
I need to insert a physical SIM

Steps to insert your SIM:

  1. Turn off the phone
  2. Locate the SIM tray (usually on the side)
  3. Use SIM tool to eject
  4. Place SIM & reinsert tray
Tip: A paperclip works if no SIM tool handy.
I need to enable an eSIM

Set up eSIM with a QR or activation code:

  1. Settings ➜ Cellular
  2. Add Cellular Plan
  3. Scan QR code or enter details
  4. Follow prompts to finish
Note: Ensure your device supports eSIM and you have good data.
